KUWAIT CITY, June 29: Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan emphasised Kuwait’s eagerness to learn from pioneering experiences within the railway sector, notably these of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), throughout an official go to by a delegation from Etihad Rail on Sunday.
