Saudi Railways partners with DHC on Riyadh development

Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) has partnered with actual property developer and operator Devoted Housing Firm (DHC) to develop a hospitality-inspired residential neighborhood in Riyadh, concentrating on each short- and long-term stays.

The challenge shall be positioned subsequent to the East Community railway station and metro hub within the Al Malaz district. It can comprise greater than 450 serviced residential items throughout two adjoining plots spanning roughly 13,000 sq. metres, offering over 1,600 beds.

Designed to cater to professionals, enterprise travellers and intercity commuters, the event will embody totally furnished suites, studio residences and shared serviced items. Facilities will embody co-working areas, shared kitchens, laundry amenities, health areas and communal leisure areas.

SAR stated the challenge helps Riyadh’s wider transit-oriented growth technique by integrating residential lodging with rail and metro infrastructure.

The scheme shall be delivered by DHC, a three way partnership between Majd Funding, Sumou International Funding and Strategic Housing Group. Operations shall be managed by URBN Dwelling, with completion anticipated inside 36 months.
