Saudi Arabia Railways orders new trains

The corporate additionally introduced the acquisition of 20 new trains from Spanish producer Talgo to increase the Haramain Excessive-Pace Railway fleet.

Deliveries will start by the top of 2028, with full supply anticipated by 2031.

The brand new trains will serve all 5 stations on the community, which hyperlinks Makkah and Madinah and presently operates 35 trains.

With the additions, the fleet will increase to 55 trains. Every practice will include 13 carriages, together with eight economy-class and 5 business-class carriages, with a complete capability of 417 seats.
