Pakistan and Abu Dhabi Ports Group signed on Friday 4 memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to boost collaboration in a number of fields together with rail, airport infrastructure and maritime delivery and logistics.

MoUs have been signed as a delegation of buyers led by UAE Minister of State for Overseas Commerce Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi referred to as on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif right here, in line with a PM Workplace press launch.

The MoUs are aimed toward enhancing digital customs controls, creating devoted freight rail corridors, upgrading Pakistan’s maritime fleet and marine providers, and Pakistan’s worldwide airports.

Within the assembly with the delegation, the prime minister expressed gratitude to UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and PM Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his or her assist to Pakistan.
