ABU DHABI: Minister of Public Works Dr Noura Al-Mashaan affirmed on Tuesday that Kuwait’s participation within the World Rail 2025 Congress displays its dedication to specialised worldwide platforms and its assist for the transport sector as a key driver of sustainable improvement and enhanced Gulf cooperation.
