Etihad Rail Links Dubai and Abu Dhabi In 57 Minutes

Etihad Rail has introduced the journey instances for its passenger trains all through the UAE after the profitable completion of the primary World Rail Transport Infrastructure Exhibition and Convention.

The journey time from Abu Dhabi to Dubai is ready at 57 minutes, whereas the journey to Al Ruwais will take 70 minutes, with Al Ruwais positioned 240 km from the capital. Moreover, the journey from Abu Dhabi to the japanese emirate of Fujairah will take 105 minutes.

By 2050, Etihad Rail is anticipated to contribute AED 200 billion to the UAE’s financial system. The community will enhance connectivity between industrial hubs, ports, and neighboring markets, enhancing commerce stream and supporting progress in sectors resembling logistics, manufacturing, and building.

The challenge will additional solidify the UAE’s position as a world logistics and commerce hub, with quicker and extra dependable transport hyperlinks between key worldwide markets. It would finally join 11 cities and areas all through the UAE. Moreover, the challenge is ready to hold 36 million passengers annually by 2030.

This bold nationwide railway challenge, spanning 1,200 kilometers, is designed to reshape freight and passenger transport throughout the Emirates, connecting industrial hubs, ports, and cities whereas linking the UAE to the broader Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) railway system.
