Committee delay stalls Kuwait railway project

KUWAIT CITY, April 22: For years, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nations have prioritized initiatives geared toward enhancing the transportation infrastructure within the area, together with railway programs, to bolster connectivity and commerce amongst member states, reviews Al-Jarida every day.
