His Excellency Dr. Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, participated within the Saudi Worldwide Railway Exhibition and Convention 2025 held in Riyadh from October 19 to twenty. The occasion was hosted beneath the patronage of Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Transport and Logistics Companies, Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, and introduced collectively ministers, consultants, and decision-makers from the transport and logistics sectors worldwide.
Throughout the convention, His Excellency took half within the high-level ministerial dialogue on the opening ceremony, discussing the theme: “Growing Nationwide Railway Networks: Aligning Infrastructure Initiatives with Lengthy-Time period Financial Visions.” The session featured ministers from the Gulf Cooperation Council and Arab nations, emphasizing regional collaboration in transport growth.
In his remarks, Dr. Sheikh Abdullah highlighted the strategic significance of the King Hamad Rail Bridge mission, describing it as a cornerstone of Gulf logistics integration. The mission will join Bahrain’s nationwide railway community with Saudi Arabia’s, with the King Hamad Worldwide Station set to function a central hub for transport and logistics in Bahrain. He famous that the event will improve the Kingdom’s capability to facilitate regional commerce and generate important financial advantages.
