KUWAIT’s Ministry of Public Works has signed an engineering and consultancy companies contract value Dinars 2.5m ($US 8.1m) with Turkish agency Proyapı Mühendislik to assist planning and design of its 111km part of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) railway community.
The settlement encompasses design and engineering research, soil testing, route mapping, and the preparation of tender paperwork for the development part.
