Saudi Arabia holds third Saudi-Bahraini coordination meeting

Dammam, Feb. 6 (BNA): Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, led Bahrain’s delegation on the third Saudi-Bahraini coordination assembly on funding, atmosphere, and infrastructure.

The assembly was held at Dhahran Expo in Dammam. The Saudi delegation was led by Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al Falih, Minister of Funding.

Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed recommended the robust historic ties and strategic partnership between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, beneath the management of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The minister recommended the event of bilateral cooperation, highlighting main tasks and initiatives beneath the Bahrain-Saudi Coordination Council, co-chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia.

He expressed appreciation for efforts of committee members and authorities representatives in advancing growth tasks.

These tasks embody the institution of an funding firm in Bahrain, aluminium sector collaboration, a brand new undersea communications cable, digital entrepreneurship coordination, AI and expertise coaching programmes, and tasks funded by the Saudi Fund for Improvement.

Either side emphasised their dedication to enhancing funding promotion, environmental cooperation, meals safety, and concrete planning.

Additionally they reviewed progress on the railway and parallel bridge to King Fahd Causeway, with completion focused for December 2030, together with plans for air and sea transport connectivity and civil aviation safety.

Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed highlighted the shared dedication to advancing cooperation in funding, transportation, ICT, infrastructure, logistics, and environmental safety to help sustainable growth objectives and improve bilateral integration.

On his half, Al Falih emphasised the dedication to growing financial ties and commerce cooperation in keeping with the directives of each leaderships.

He famous the Bahrain-Saudi Coordination Council’s position in driving enterprise progress, commerce alternate, and funding sustainability.

The assembly reviewed ongoing initiatives and the work of process forces devoted to enhancing integration in funding, atmosphere, and infrastructure, guaranteeing continued progress for each nations.
